What Jadoke is
Jadoke.com is a drop-auction marketplace: sellers list items at a starting price that automatically falls over time until someone buys it (see How Jadoke Works for the mechanics). Jadoke provides the listing, bidding, and price-tracking platform. Jadoke is not a party to any sale — the transaction, payment for the item, and shipping/pickup happen directly between the buyer and the seller.
Who can use Jadoke
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- By signing up, you're confirming you meet that age requirement and that the information you give us is accurate
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything that happens under your account
Jadoke allows one account per verified phone number — see the Privacy Policy for how that's checked.
Your account information
Used only for identity, billing, and shipping — never shown to other users: your first and last name, and your street address.
What buyers and sellers see instead is your Display Name, which you choose at signup and which must be unique across Jadoke.
Listing and buying rules
Every listing must be truthful and accurately categorized:
- Used, single-item listings belong in Consumer
- New, bulk, or business listings belong in Commercial
- Listing something in the wrong section to get around that split isn't allowed
A listing can be pulled for a violation, and repeated issues can lead to account suspension or a ban.
A Buy It Now purchase or a standing bid that wins is a commitment to complete that purchase with the seller at the price shown. Don't place bids you don't intend to honor.
Payments and fees
- Jadoke never collects payment for the item itself — that's arranged directly between buyer and seller using whatever payment methods the seller lists on their listing (cash, PayPal, Venmo, etc.)
- The only charges Jadoke collects are its own seller fees (selling fee, no-sale fee, and optional featured-ad placements), billed to the card a seller has on file — see the How Jadoke Works page for the specifics
Reports, warnings, and moderation
Any user can report a listing for review. Depending on what's found, Jadoke may:
- Dismiss the report
- Warn the seller
- Pull the listing
- Suspend or ban the account, for repeated or serious violations
Jadoke's moderation decisions are made at its own discretion.
Disclaimers
Jadoke is provided "as is." We don't guarantee:
- That any listing is accurate
- That any buyer or seller will follow through on a transaction
- That the site will always be available or error-free
Jadoke isn't responsible for the condition of items sold, for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for how a seller's chosen payment method is handled outside the site.
Changes to these terms
Jadoke may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use Jadoke after an update means you accept the revised terms.
